Our 2nd Annual Bachelor and Bachelorette Auction raised almost $9,000! With this event we hope to meet our goal for 2008 while having fun with all the great people who are supporting this adventure.

Each team member has the goal to raise $2,200. We are unofficially 10 members making our combined goal at least $22,000. Please support us as a team. If your favorite team member appears to be close to their goal please show your support by donating to another team member.

The members of the 2007 team stood beside two of us in some of the darkest hours of of lives. One of us had lost her mother in November of 2006 the other one was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and endured masectomies, chemotherapy, hair loss, radiation and the death of her father. This year we honor the memory of that mother, the continued survival of our team-mate, another friend who was recently diagnosed and of the mother of our long distance friend who lost her battle on April 15th.

Out of friendship, love, respect and a little bit of fun our team continues with a mission we began last year. We want to be a part of finding a cure for breast cancer that has directly affected our lives as survivors and co-survivors and to help prevent future generations from being affected.

Team Flash for Cash promotes P.I.N.K. (Prevention, Innovation, Necessity & Knowledge) against breast cancer.

Join us on an amazing journey in the fight against breast cancer! The Breast Cancer 3-Day is a 60-mile walk over the course of three days November 21st, 22nd and 23rd. Net proceeds benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure and National Philanthropic Trust, funding important breast cancer research, education, screening, and treatment.

And as the second half of our name implies - size doesn't really matter. Any donation made to any of our team members is greatly appreciated!
